To mount the drain, insert the tapered seal - 30 - onto the drain -31- and insert the
drain into fixture. Position the seal - 29 - into its housing on the drain body - 28 - and
screw the drain body until it is firmly in place (if necessary, use silicone between the
ceramic and the drain -31-).

Insert the vertical control rod - 25 - into the designated hole on the tap. Connect the rod
to the horizontal rod - 27- using the clamp - 26- and adjust the travel of the cap - 32 -.

Connect the left supply tube to the hot water and the right to the cold water. Turn on
the water and check that the mixer is operating properly and that no leakage is detec-
ted from any of its parts. Push the handle to turn on the water; position it to the left
for hotter water and towards the right for colder water. To turn off the water, simply pull
the handle.
TIPS ON USE:
Chrome-plated parts or ones with other finishes are to be cleaned with mild soap
and water only, using a sponge or soft cloth. To clean the aerator, use only a liquid
lime-removal product.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT USE abrasives or products with a high acidity.

REPLACING THE CARTRIDGE (Fig. A):
Unscrew the fastening screw -2- and remove the handle -1- take out the sliding disc
-3- and remove the protective cap -5- using a screwdriver. Remove the clamp -26 and
take out the vertical rod -25-. Pull the tap body -6- upward -9- using an adjustable
wrench. Take out the cartridge -11-. To mount, reverse the procedures, taking care to
clean the surfaces in contact with the bushes -12- and the O-rings -10- and -14-.
Tighten the ring nut -9- until it makes contact with the internal body -18-. Complete
POSSIBLE CAUSES
• Aerator obstructed
• Aerator deteriorated
• Cartridge not well tightened
• Base seal or O-rings deteriorated
• Water hammering on system
• Water temperature too high(>80°)
SOLUTIONS
• Check system upstream
• Clean aerator
• Replace aerator
• Tighten ring nut
• Check condition of seals
(clean or replace them)
• Replace cartridge
• Check system
