nut fixing the trolley translation cylinder stem to the
trolley itself .
2. Position the trolley so that it is possible to insert the
extension in the stem of the cylinder to extract the
trolley and fix it with the self-locking nut previously
removed.
3. Now, push out completely the trolley from the right
side, being careful to let out a pair of sliders at a
time (specially the second pair); be ready with a
tackle, or a lifter, or a forklift, or as an alternative 3-4
operators because, when completely out, the trolley
will be completely released and without support of
the guides.
4. In case you want to be more comfortable when han-
dling the trolley it is possible to remove the tool unit
from the trolley itself;

5. With the trolley on the floor install the new sliders
being careful to put back in place correctly the slid-
ers and the shims connected as shown in the pic-
ture, loosening at the same time as much as possible
the adjustment screws;
6. Also in this case be ready with a tackle, or a lifter, or
a forklift, or as an alternative 3-4 operators because,
when the trolley is completely out it is completely
released and without support of the guides, push
only lightly the adjustment bolts;
7. Lubricate abundantly all sliding guides, insert the
first pair of sliders and, always with the help of the
extension, insert also the second pair;
8. Remove the extension used for the insertion and
tighten the provided slider adjusters;
9. Insert the stem of the cylinder in the appropriate
hole and tighten thoroughly the counter-nut;
10. Move a couple of times the trolley in both direc-
tions in order to let the new sliders adjust;
11.
Tighten again the sliders adjusters and move a cou-
ple of times the trolley in both directions. Repeat
this operation until the adjusters remain sufficiently
tight.
