5. Installation

5.1 Viscosimeter assembly

M12 nut for shaft fixation
Please do all the assembly operations with the «Yellow cap» on to protect the
motor shaft.
During the main unit manipulation, keep always the viscosimeter shaft protected.

5.2 Power supply connection

The viscosimeter does not connect directly to the mains. A charger with a 15DV
1.5A outlet must be used.
The charger must be connected to the mains by means of a switch without earth
wire.
Use only the charger supplied by J.P. SELECTA, s.a.
You can use a similar one but be careful with the connector polarity.
Connector polarity:
Exterior: negative.
Inner: positive.
