1 Installation of the balance on the unit
Determine the required width on the device between the two lower links and adjust this width using the

adjustment screws on the scales. Fasten the screws tightly.
If your device has a rigid axis and the scale is used without arrestor hooks, the adjustment screws must

be completely loosened, and the scales dismantled and put together again.
Mount the balance with the ball joints or arrestor hooks on the lowe links of the unit.

Install the two upper link brackets. Use those of the four holes with which the tabs should be at right

angles to the scale.
The balance should be operated in as vertical a position as possible. Use either the 130 mm or 160 mm

tabs as required.
Use only the top link bolt supplied. Install the upper link together with the two attachments using this pin.

A staggered arrangement using a second bolt is not permissible.
Loosen the four inner nuts of the adjusting screws and slide the two standing attachments to exactly the

same height so as to be at a right angle with the two flaps.
CAUTION: Refer to the illustrations on the last page of this manual.

2 Connection of the weighing display
Position the weighing display at a suitable place in the vehicle.

Connect the power cable either to the plug or directly to the positive and negative terminals. The display

can be operated at between 12 and 24 volts.
Bind the connectors of the weighing signal cable.

3 Assembly of the distance sensor (if available)
Attach the 4 magnets to a wheel rim using the screws supplied.

Mount the sensor with the blue cap with a flat iron so that the sensor tip points towards the magnets. Set

the distance between sensor and magnets to approx. 5 mm.
Connect the sensor to the blue marked plug of the weighing indicator

4 Mount the connection cable to the signal socket (if available)
Connect the connecting cable with the 7-pin plug to the signal socket and the 4-pin plug to the blue

marked plug of the weighing indicator.
5 Mounting the GPS receiver (if available)
Mount the GPS receiver on the roof and connect it to the blue marked plug of the weighing indicator.

6 Installation of the working position sensor
Mount the operating position sensor in the area of the slide or the quantity adjustment of your device.

The attachment must be done in such a way that the sensor is in front of the magnet when the magnet is
closed and the magnet moves away from the sensor when it is opened.
Connect the sensor to the blue marked plug of the weighing indicator

7 Turn on the weighing indicator
Press the leftmost key.
8 Adjust the impulses and the working width
At the same time, press and hold the rightmost (f3) and the leftmost (small) button for 3 seconds on the

weighing indicator at the bottom.
Wait until the display shows the word GEN.OPT.

