LOOP RESISTANCE METER
Security symbols:
When the tester is connected to the power, LCD will update the voltage (P-E) per second. If the volt-
age is unusual or the value is not expected, do not test!
The tester is only used in AC230v + 10% -15% (50Hz).
Loop test:
Turn the tester to a range of 20 200 or 2000 Ω. Press the test button, LCD will show the value and the
unit, and the tester will send a BZ out after the test. To obtain a better value, turn the tester to the low-
est possible range. If the LCD flash shows " ", disconnect the tester and power and have the tester
cool.
Short current prospective test:
Turn the tester to 200A, 2000A or 20kA range. Press the test button, the LCD will show the value and
the unit, and the tester will send a BZ out after the test. To obtain a better value, adjust the tester to the
lowest possible range. If the LCD flash shows " ", disconnect the tester and power and have the
tester cool.
3 FEATURES
Test lines: 3 LED indicates the status of the lines. When inverted, the third LED lights up. Over heat
protection: When the temperature of the resistor is too high, the tester will cut and lock. LCD will
show "The temperature is high" and the flag will flash " ".
Overload protection: When the P-E voltage is up to 250v, the tester will stop the test to protect the
tester and the LCD will flash "250v". Low battery indication: The indicator " " appears when the bat-
tery voltage drops below the operating voltage.
Test mode: by pressing the "test" key, the tester will display the result for 5's and then display the
voltage.
Operating temperature: 0 ° C to 40 ° C (32 ° F to 104 ° F) and Humidity less than 80% RH.
Storage temperature: -10 ° C to 60 ° C (14 ° F to 140 ° F) and Humidity less than 70% RH.
