Warning
► Always check the temperature of the cooked food, especially if you are heating up
foods or liquids for babies. It is advisable never to consume foods or liquids, directly
after they come out of the device. Wait a few minutes and stir the food or liquid, to
allow the heat to be distributed evenly.
► With certain foods, there is a danger of burns due to superheating. With foods
consisting of a mixture of fat and water, such as broth, wait about 30 to 60 seconds
before removing the food from the device. This will allow the mixture to settle. Thus,
you avoid sudden bubbling up when a spoon is inserted into the food or the liquid or
after adding a stock cube.
In order to prevent superheating, you can also place a metal spoon into the cooking
vessel prior to cooking. However, bear in mind that the spoon must not make contact
with any parts of the device walls or the grill, as this could result in damages to the
device.
► Microwave heating of beverages can result in delayed eruptive boiling, therefore care
must be taken when handling the container
► The contents of feeding bottles and baby food jars shall be stirred or shaken
and the temperature checked before consumption, in order to avoid burns.
