CONVEYOR OVEN - User's Manual
Description
1 – Main switch;
2s – Power regulation of upper heating element;
2i – Power regulation of lower heating element;
3 – Speed regulation of the conveyor;
4 – Crumbs trays;
5 – Output tray.
Attention
- Before you put the appliance working, please read carefully these instructions.
- Please take off the appliance from the gift box, taking out all the papers that it contains.
- Please check the appliance perfect look and the functioning after unpacked it.
- THE PRODUCT IS PROTECTED WITH A PLASTIC FILM ENVOLVING THE APPLIANCE'S BODY,
WHICH IS NECESSARY TO REMOVE BEFORE THE FIRST UTILIZATION.
- This product is not for domestic use - it's a professional device and must be operated by trained
people.
- The device must not be shaken or tilted during operation.
- This product should not be dismantled or altered. It may cause property damage, injury or death.
- Do not open the outer case of the product - there's the risk of electrical shock.
- Do not stack the appliance or place things on top of it.
During the functioning time or immediately after:
- Don't touch the tank or other the parts subjected to temperatures.
- Keep the appliance away from children.
- When you finish using the product, switch off the appliance in the main switch.
Installation instructions
- Check if the product is in proper condition.
- The device should be placed in a steady and smooth place.
- Ensure that no flammable vapors or liquids are placed in the vicinity of the device.
- The environmental conditions should not exceed 35ºC and 80% humidity.
- Do not connect to an electrical supply that is not suitable for this product.
- Do not install any electricity cut off that does not comply with the safety standards. - This device is
Clas I. Connect the unit only in a output with earth.
Important note: The appliance is prepared to work at "400V 3N". However, it can be adapted for:
"230V 3" - in accordance with the electrical diagram in attachment.
"230V 1N" or "240V 1N" - in accordance with the electrical diagram in attachment.
Operation Instructions
- Adjust the height of the feet and make sure that device is stable.
- Place the unit on a flat, stable surface that can support the weight of the device and support high
temperatures.
- To ensure safe operation of the apparatus, it must be ensured a free lateral space of 3cm in front,
30cm behind and 30 cm above the appliance (if any are shelves on the wall or ceiling).
- There must be proper ventilation in the place where the device is.
- Do not place the unit directly under the influence of conditioned air.
- Only connect the device directly to a power outlet on the wall. Do not use extension cords or power
strips.
- Place the device in a way that does not block the access to the plug.
- Before using for the first time: The crumbs shelf and the output tray should be washed before using
them for the first time with a non-abrasive cleaning agent and a soft cloth. Dry the parts at the end.
- Insert the crumbs trays (4) into the corresponding openings.

WARNING: To avoid injury and damage to the product, always use the appliance with crumbs shelf
inserted.
- Set the output tray (5).
- Check if the startup button (1) is in the OFF position.
- Connect the device to a single outlet.
STARTUP PROCEDURE
For a pre-heating stage, proceed as follow:
- Adjust the draft curtains at the ends of the cooking chamber to proper position, in accordance with the
height of the product to be cooked.
- Turn "On" the main switch (1).
- Adjust both power regulations switches ("2s" and "2i") to maximum power.
Allow the oven to heat up for at least 10min.
COOKING PROCEDURES
To cook the several products as desired, there are 3 possible settings:
- Switch (2i): control the bottom heating.
- Switch (2s): control the upper heating.
- Switch (3): control the speed of the belt (cooking time).
In the last page of this user's manual, there's a table with proposed settings that can be considered in
accordance with the product to cook. However these settings proposed are recommendations only. You
should always test each food product to determine the proper settings for a satisfactory result in
accordance to your expectations.
IMPORTANT: When operating the device, do not touch the metal parts of the chamber, which are
with high temperatures.
ATTENTION
A. If there's a drop of water on the device, you must disconnect the appliance from the wall outlet and
dry thoroughly before using again.
B. For cleaning and maintenance of the appliance, it should always be disconnected from the power
supply. Use a soft cloth and never direct water for cleaning.
Maintenance and Clean
- Before making some cleaning operation, disconnect previously the appliance.
- Let the appliance cool down.
- Never submerse the device into the water or any other liquid. Use only a wet towel to clean the
device. Never use water jet - risk of electrical shock.
- Clean the device and the cable with a wet cloth, but never with abrasive products.
Routine inspection
- Routine inspections should be carried out every day. They can help to avoid accidents.
- Before usage, the unit should be checked for any damage on the controls and power cord.
- During operation, it should be checked for any peculiar smells or vibration.
Irregularities and Reparations
In case of damage of connection to the electric current, don't try to repair it; take the appliance to the
authorized Technical Service, once for that is necessary special tools.
The same thing is necessary to do, in case of some other irregularity.
- If the power supply cord is damaged, only the manufacturer, authorized agents or qualified people for
the job can replace it to avoid dangerous situations.
This appliance fulfils the principles of the Directive 73/23/CEE of Low Tension and the Directive
89/336/CEE of Electromagnetic Compatibility.
