Setting Up a Conference Call

A conference call can be set up while in an active
call.
To begin a conference call
1. Place the active call on Hold by pressing the
[SEND] key.
2. Press the key or slide the phone to use the
qwerty keypad.
3. Dial the 3rd number and press the
to connect.
4. Once connected to the 3rd person, press the
[Options] Soft Key, select Conference Call
and then select Join. This will combine the
3 separate callers into one conference call.
Repeat the steps above to add more people to
the Conference Call.
Activate the Conference Call on
Hold
To activate a conference call on hold, press the
[SEND] key.

Adding Call to the Conference Call

To add a call to an existing conference call, press
the left soft key [Accept].

Private Call in a Conference Call

To have a private call with one caller from a
conference call, press the left soft key and select
the Private Call from the Conference option. When
the numbers of the callers are displayed, select
the one you wish to speak to in private.
[SEND]

Ending a Conference Call

Currently active conference calls can be
disconnected by pressing the
In-Call Menu
[END] key.
