DANGER! Risk of injury
through burning!
The stainless steel pot 2, the splash

come very hot during operation. Make
sure you protect your hands, e.g. with
oven gloves, and only touch the fondue
forks 8 by the handles.
To prevent it from overflowing during
heating, the stainless steel pot 2 should
not be filled above the upper marking
indicating the maximum filling level
MAX 3.
7.1 Basic operation
The fondue method differs depending on the
use. Also observe the respective chapters.
1. Add fat, broth or the ingredients for
cheese or chocolate fondue to the stain-

heating unit 5.
3. For fat and broth: place the splash
guard 1 on the pot.

desired heating temperature.
5. For cheese and chocolate fondue: stir
carefully and repeatedly until mixed
evenly.
6. When the contents of the stainless steel
pot 2 have reached the desired temper-
ature, lower the temperature slightly us-
ing the temperature controller 6, in
order to keep the temperature.
7. In order to immerse them, push the ingre-
dients cut in small pieces onto the fondue
forks 8 and proceed as described in the
respective chapters.
8. After finishing with the fondue, turn the
temperature controller 6 to 0 and un-
plug the mains plug. The red pilot
lamp 9 goes out.
9. Wait until all parts have cooled down
before starting the cleaning process.
