C) Programming the electrical sensor settings
= minimum torque
Apart from the letter which appears on display "DS1" the selection procedure is identical to that used for
setting the deceleration times.
The programmer checks the electrical input to the motor, detecting any eventual increase in effort above the
normal operating limits. To guarantee correct operation even under various climatic and mechanical conditions, the
programmer recalibrates itself each time it receives an opening command from the "completely closed" position.
This allows the system to detect any increase in effort which wasn't present during programming and to
compensate so that the force required to block the door remains constant, so guaranteeing optimum operation (see
"compensation of the electrical sensors" page 24.
D) Programming the work times

Programming is carried out step by step by the system which activates the motors according to the settings
carried out in the previous step (eg.: If you have chosen a 1 gate configuration, only motor number 1 will be
activated). If the electric locking device, preflashing and gate jolt (initial movement in the closing direction) have been
enabled, they must also be set during programming.
As you can see the programming method requires you to press the PROG button according to the type of gate and
the number of leaves; to have the correct setting for the electrical input sensors you must press the "PROG" button
just before the gate leaf arrives at its travel limit.
Note1: The maximum closing direction delay time for gate 1 is equal to the work time of gate 2.
Note2: Selecting a single gate (gate1) automatically disables the travel limits for gate 2.
Excluding travel limits during programming means you will not have to bridge the contacts on
the terminal board.
= medium torque
The start of the work time programming stage is indicated on the display by the letter
remains for about 2 seconds after which the display will switch off.
At this point only the "PROG" button should be used. Each time the button is pressed the
time programming will proceed as follows:
1 gate leaf
open gate leaf 1
end calibration sensor 1 end calibration sensor 1
(opening direction)
Pause time end
(start closing)
end calibration sensor 1
