Replacement of the Main Burner Nozzles (Picture A)
• In order to open the appliance, the tank must be first emptied
• Remove the small knob (B)and the lever by unscrewing them.
• Remove the front fixing screws of the front panel (seepicture A pos. 20), remove the ignition cable from the piezo-electric
device.
• Unscrew the nut (23) and lower the bracket (24).
• Unscrew the nozzle with a suitable spanner, replace it with the appropriate one (see Specifications table).
• Set the bracket (24)in the "h" position (see Specifications table).
Replacement of the Pilot Burner Nozzles (Picture A)
The flame of the pilot burner has got fixed air flow. The only necessary operation is the replacement of the nozzle (4) according
to the type of gas. To do this, remove the screws as described above, unscrew the connection (5) with a suitable spanner and
replace the nozzle (4) with the right one. With the right nozzle, the flame should lick the thermocouple.

Important!

After transformation to another type of gas, the data plate must be update with the new the type of gas.

OPERATION CONTROL

• The appliance is supplied with all the necessary instruction for use
• Check for any gas leaks of the appliances.
• Check the pilot burner flame. It must lick the thermocouple and be blue, otherwise the check the nozzle of the pilot burner
• Check ignition and flame of the main burner.
• The appliance should be used according to instructions.

MAINTENANCE

With prolonged use it is necessary to carry out a regular maintenance for its safe functioning. A maintenance contract is
recommended. The maintenance must be carried out only by people according to regulations in force and to our instruction.
SPARE-PARTS (PICTURE A)
It's easy to replace parts as valve, the piezoelectric or gas pipe, as below:
• Valve : remove the front panel, loosen the screw fittings of the gas connections (5-7-8-16) and replace the damage
parts and install the new ones with the right succession.
• Thermocouple: unscrew the pilot burner connection (1), in the same way unscrew the connection (7) and replace the
part.
• Sparking plug: unscrew and replce it.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Warning!:
Before turning on the appliance, clean it with water and and dish-washing detergent. Rinse it several times and fillthe tank
with water to the maximum level
IGNITION OF THE MAIN BURNER
Ignition of the pilot burner (Picture A)
Press and turn the thermostat knob (14) to position ? ? ? . Keep pressed the knob and press repeatedly the piezo-electric
button (18). The flame ignites automatically and is visible through the inspection window in the front panel.
After ignition keep the button pressed for another 5-10 seconds, to allow the thermocouple to heat, then release.
If the flame goes out, repeat the procedure. If the flame goes out, repeat the procedure.
