Turn the device on over the main ON / OFF button on the left side of the machine.
The useful volume of the tank is 27 litres. The producer recommends not loading more than 20 litres (this level is
indicated on the tank).
On the control panel of the appliance there are 2 digital displays (thermometer and timer). When turning the machine on
actual time and temperature pop up on the displays. To set and adjust the values please follow the instruction reported
hereafter.
The device uses a large-scale circulation pump to ensure maximum and constant stability of temperature. The pump
works continuously during the entire period of the thermal treatment and does not stop even after reaching the set
temperature.
The special false-bottom positioned in the tank is designed for the perfect heat distribution. It's the piece that grants the
perfect and homogeneous distribution of the heat into the entire quantity of water.
Put food in the tank (meat of any kind, vegetables, fruit, ready meals) previously vacuum packaged in the proper
packages. According to the requirements of the various cooking methods you can get your packages already in the tank
at the start of the heating phase, namely at the time when the water reaches the desired temperature.

Caution!

Never start heating an empty tank as it will damage the components of the unit. This will result in voiding the
warranty!

VACUUM BAGS

Exclusively use vacuum bags designed for this purpose (they must be heat resistant, aroma cooking with the
maintenance of taste) with a thickness of at least 80µ. Otherwise the sealing band of the bag may be damaged, thus
damaging the food lying inside the bag. The manufacturer reserves the right to reject all claims arising from the use of
non-compliant bags.

MAIN FEATURES

If the chef decides for a thermal treatment of sous vide type, the food can never enter into direct contact with the water.
The device provides the use of a thermocouple type "K" which guarantees a perfect and precise measuring and constant
maintaining of water temperature. After the temperature has reached the desired value, the resistor stops while the pump
continues to run and circulate the water, causing thus the heat distribution to be homogeneous throughout the volume of
water, and that in real time the difference in temperatures (changes) are not higher than 1°C between the layers of water.
The unit provides the same temperature during the period previously set by the timer (from 1 hour to 99 hours 59
minutes). When the temperature changes of +/- 1 ° C due to water evaporation or for any other reason, the high power
resistor of the boiler is immediately put into operation and compensates for the temperature anomaly.
The reduction of the volume of water due to spontaneous evaporation is minimized through the provided transparent
and heat resistant cover in polycarbonate.

Useful information!

With the use of the cover, you can avoid any burns, and at the same time follow all the processes carried out inside the
tank.
Once arrived at the end of the period of the thermal treatment the unit will stop automatically, and ends at the same time
the heating of the fluid for heat distribution (namely, in our case, water).

EXTRACTION OF THE VACUUM BAG

Attention: Once having removed the polycarbonate cover pay maximum attention when extracting bags from the tank;
make sure to avoid burns.
The manufacturer assumes no liability for injuries and burns caused by lack of observance of safety precautions.
