CONFORMITY DECLARATION

The manufacturer declares that the appliances are in accordance with the EEC 90/396 directive provisions. The installation
must be carried out according to the standards in force above all concerning the rooms airing and evacuation system of
exhaust gases.
N.B. The manufacturer declines all responsibility for direct or indirect damage caused by wrong installation, alterations,
wrong maintenance and use, and by all the other points mentioned in our terms of sale.

APPLIANCE INSTALLATION

• Installation, any transformations and starting can be done only by skilled people according to the standards in force.
• Gas systems, electrical connections and the rooms where the appliances are installed must be in accordance with the
standards in force in the Country where they are installed.The appliance must be installed in a well aired room, if possible
under an extractor hood to guarantee a complete evacuation of the exhaust gases of the combustion. The air needed
for the combustion is 2 m
During the installation, a maximum distance must be kept between the front edge of the cabinet or table on which there's
the appliance and the appliance itself. (See drawing of the "Emptying the Tank").

CONTROL OF RIGHT VENTILATION

Make sure that the air-intakes of the room where the appliance is installed is sufficient for an adequate air change, as
mentioned in the 4.3 UNI-CIG 8723 Standards.
We remind you the appliances installed in public buildings must meet the following requirements.
1) Installation rules
Appliance installation and maintenance must be carry out according to the right procedures and regulation texts in
use, particularly:
• Fire and panic regulation in pubblic buildings.
a) General indications (Rules valid for G.B. only)
- For all appliances:
Connection, installation, ventilation and exhaust removal system must be done according to manufacturer's instructions
and by skilled technicians according in accordance with UNI CIG 8723 standards. Concerning the electrical part, in
accordance with C.E.I. standards in force. Also all the fire directions in force must be observed.
Installation, transformation and repair of professional kitchens appliance, as well as remova for malfunction and gas supply
must be carried out only according to a maintenance contract stipulated with an authorised sales office and in compliance
with technical rstandards.
The appliance can be installed by itself or in a series with appliances produced by us. Keep at least a 10 cm. distance from
the appliance in order to avoid contact with inflammable material.Guarantee the thermal insulation of the inflammable part:
for instance, install a protection against radiaton. The appliances must be installed in a adequete and safe way. Avoid
difference of height with te adjustable feet.

GAS CONNECTION PIPE

The gas must be connected with steel or copper pipes, or with flexible steel pipes, in compliance with the existing national
laws.Each appliance must be supplied with a gas detector and easy-closure cut-off cock.
After installation, check possible gas leaks from the fittings; do not use any flame, but non-corrosive substances, for example
solution of soapy water or leak detector spray.
