Operation LE MINI
• Fit the nozzle appropriate to the use.
Danger – can cause burns! Do not touch the heating element tube and nozzle while they are hot. Allow
the device to cool down before replacing the nozzle / reflector.
• Adjust pressure reduction valve in accordance with the technical details on (see technical data, max. pressure).
• Connect the air supply by means of the pneumatic hose
• Adjust the air flow by means of an air flow controller or pressure reduction valve
ATTENTION: Comply with minimum air volume as per technical data.
• Switch on mains.
• Allow device to cool down after heating mode.
Function tool protection
• If tool overheats, the heating is switched off by means of a Temperatur-Switch in connection with a releais.
(Circuit Diagram, page 15).

Function heat element protection
• If the heating element overheats, the heating is switched off by means of the converter. The switching- off
can be evaluated by the customer using connection X5 (Circuit Diagram, page 15).

Function analogue interface
• A galvanically isolated signal proportional to the air temperature is available to the customer by means of the
4.20 mA passive current loop.
Value range:
20 mA corresponds to 1023 °C / 1874 °F
Measures to be taken if the heating element or tool protection trips
• Remove tool from mains (LINE/MAINS). The electronics are automatically reset after 5 seconds
• Check air supply
• Check air volume
