TANK SYSTEM INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Classic Single Head, M128 and Econ pumps
NOTICE: Before installing or servicing the pump, read the pump manual for all safety information and complete instructions. The pump is
designed for installation and service by properly trained personnel.

Tank System
IMPORTANT! The Tank System is equipped with four screws installed into
each side of the mounting bracket to prevent damage during shipping.
Please remove the screws upon installation so that the pump may be
easily removed from the mounting bracket when required.

Install the injector into the pipe or fitting.

Install the discharge line from the discharge side of the pump head to
the injection point.

Install the suction line from the suction side of the pump head to the tank.

Install the Spill Recovery (Not applicable to Econ Pumps).
NOTE: The spill recovery set-up utilizes 1/4" suction/discharge tubing.
• Cut a 6" section of 1/4" suction/discharge tubing and insert through the
spill recovery grommet .
• Unlatch and remove pump head cover.
• Punch out one of two hole plugs using a 7/32" punch B (alternatively,
you can use a 7/32" drill).
• Reinstall pump head cover, secure latches.

Connect the power cord to the proper pump control circuit.

Fill the tank with the solution and securely tighten the locking cap.

Prime the metering pump and perform final adjustments, as shown in
the pump manual.
