MINUTE REPEATER
WINDING
When winding a Minute Repeater, make sure not to force it past the stop.
PRECAUTIONS FOR USE
When the chime is sounding, under no circumstances must the time be set.
Similarly, when setting the time the chime must not be engaged. The mecha-
nism is not designed to perform these 2 operations simultaneously. This would
be highly destructive.
Furthermore, it is preferable to wait for the chime to end before reactivating the
chime mechanism.
