Inspect the locking mechanism; cable retracts smoothly, makes a "tic-tic" sound
and the Latchways Sealed SRL locks when pulled sharply.
A Type 1 Latchways Sealed SRL will lock on quicker than a Type 2 Latchways Sealed SRL.
