► Before cleaning the appliance, disconnect the power plug from the mains
power socket! There is a risk of electric shock!
Never immerse the device in water or any other liquid!
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
► Always allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning it . Otherwise
there is a risk of burns!
■ It is best to clean the device as soon as it has cooled down . This makes food
residues easier to remove .
ATTENTION! PROPERTY DAMAGE!
► Do not use abrasive or aggressive cleaning materials . These can damage
the surface of the appliance!
► Do not clean the components of the appliance in a dishwasher!
► Do not clean the stone griddle 5 until it has cooled down . Otherwise the
stone griddle 5 could crack and break .
■ Wipe the device housing and the heating elements with a moist cloth . If neces-
sary, put a little mild detergent on the cloth and wipe this off afterwards with
clear water . Dry everything properly .
■ Clean the griddle 1, the stone griddle 5, the spatula 7 and the pans 6 in
warm soapy water . Dry all parts properly after cleaning .
NOTE
► You can also use a soft, non-abrasive sponge to clean the stone griddle 5 .
► To remove undesirable odours such as fish smells, rub the stone griddle 5
down with a little lemon juice .
► The stone griddle 5 takes longer to dry .
