Using RDS Functions

PTY Search Setting Function

1. Enter the PTY Search setting mode.
The name of a program type appears on the display for 5 seconds.
Note:
• CURRENT sets desired PTY to the program type of the current station (only for RDS stations
broadcasting PTY information).
2. Select one of the PTYs.
3. When the desired programming type appears on the display, return to the
normal display.
