13 Design and Function

This chapter provides you with important safety notices on the design and function of the
device.

Metal rack


Place the metal rack into the device with the round spacer facing the direction of the
inner rear wall. Check that the metal rack is placed correctly.
Attention
► The rubber stoppers may not be removed from the metal rack.
► Only place the metal rack in the direction displayed in the diagram.

► The ventilator can continue running afterwards to cool down
the device.
ATTENTION
► The CERAMIC base plate can be hot following the cooking
time. Do not touch the CERAMIC base plate!
