Possible cause
No supply voltage
– Undervoltage
– Overvoltage
Sensor has been
placed in the safe
state (Logical "0").
Cause:
– Cross-circuit
between the two
outputs OUT1 and
OUT2
– Cross-circuit
between one
output (OUT1 or
OUT2) and the
supply voltage
– Error detected in
the sensor
Due to its properties
(material, shape,
size) actuating
element is moving the
enable zone to
directly in front of the
sensor surface
