17 Troubleshooting

17.1 Causes and rectification of faults

Food does not take or roast properly.
Oven controls improperly set.
Food does not broil properly.
Shelf position is incorrect or the shelf is not
level.

Changing the unit's light bulb.
Turn the light bulb anti-clockwise as shown and remove the
light bulb.
Please note
A 25-watt appliance bulb is smaller than a standard 25-watt
household bulb.
Install and tighten the cover clockwise.
Reconnect electrical power to the oven.
For improved lighting inside the oven, clean the glass cover
frequently using a wet cloth. This should be done when the
oven is completely cool.
