6.1 Filling with cleaning liquid
Risk of damage to the ultrasonic tank!
!
Do not use acidic cleaning agents (pH value below 7) directly in the stainless-steel tank if at the same time halides (fluorides, chlorides or bromides) will be

introduced from the dirt on the items being cleaned or from the cleaning liquid. The same applies to saline solutions (NaCl).
Use the cleaning liquids listed in chapter 7.3.
The stainless-steel tank can be destroyed within a short time by pitting corrosion. Such substances may also be contained in household cleaners.
i
Observe the information on further restrictions in chapter 7.2. If in doubt, contact the manufacturer or supplier.
6.2 Heating up cleaning liquid
Depending on the soiling and in order to support the cleaning effect, you may wish to heat up the cleaning liquid.
For quicker heating and avoidance of energy losses, we recommend using the unit cover.
To speed up heating even further, the ultrasound can additionally be activated.
The ultrasonic energy is converted physically into heat. Low preset temperatures can therefore be exceeded in ultrasound operation. In order to ensure
that the temperature in combination with the introduced ultrasonic energy does not accidentally exceed the desired temperature, do not preset the
temperature to a higher value than what is absolutely needed for the cleaning process.
High temperatures! Risk of burns and scalding!
The bath liquid, ultrasonic tank, housing, cover, basket and the items being cleaned can become very hot, depending on the temperature of the liquid.
Do not reach into the bath!
Caution
Wear gloves, if necessary, when touching the unit and the basket.
