Fitting mechanical components

Do not modify the settings of screws and threaded pins if there is no direct

request to do this in these operating instructions.
Fitting the coupling and the motor (in accordance with the chapter Accessories")
1. Clean the shaft extensions. The coupling
will only grip without slipping if the shaft
extension is dry and free of grease.
2. Press the coupling hub (K) onto the drive
shaft of the MTR−DCI until the hub sits
completely on the cylindrical part of the
shaft (W). The beveled edge of the shaft
should project over the inner surface (Ni)
of the hub.
3. Make sure that dimension x is observed:
Motor
MTR−DCI−42
MTR−DCI−52
4. Tighten the greased locking screw with
the specified torque.
5. Repeat steps 1 to 4 on the DMES−...
(observe value y).
6. Press the gear coupling Z onto one of the
clamping hubs.
