switches off the power tool when it is operated in a
manner that causes it to draw an abnormally high current.
Soft start
Soft start enables smooth start of power tools - the
saw blade is being run up gradually with no jerks and
kickbacks; no jump-like load is imposed on the motor
upon switching.
Break rundown
Break rundown stops the saw blade 18 within 2 seconds
after the power tool is turned off.
High-torque mode
When sawing hard materials (for example, hard wood
such as oak or beech), the mode of operation with
high-torque is activated. The activation of the high-
torque mode is indicated by the indicator 23 (Fig. 9). When
the high-torque mode is activated, it is recommended
to reduce the feed of the power tool.
LED light
By pressing the on/off switch 6, the LED light 9 (Fig. 9)
turns on automatically and allows you to perform tasks
in low light conditions.

7. HOW TO CHARGE THE BATTERY

Battery charging time
Initial operating of the power tool
Before the first use, the battery must be fully charged.
Charging process (see Fig. 6)
• Press the battery lock 3 and remove the battery 2
(see Fig. 6. 1).
• Connect the charger 29 to the power supply.
• Insert battery into charger (see Fig. 6. 2).
• Disconnect the charger from power supply after
charging.
• Remove the battery from the charger and mount
battery in the power tool (see Fig. 6. 3).
Charger indicators (see Fig. 7)
Charger indicators 34 and 35 inform of the battery
charging process. Signals of the indicators 34 and 35
are shown on the label 33. (see Fig. 7).
• Fig. 7.1 - (The green indicator 35 is on, the battery is
not inserted in the charger) - the charger is connected
to the power network (ready for charging).
• Fig. 7.2 - (The green indicator 35 is blinking, the battery
is inserted in the charger) - the battery is being charged.
• Fig. 7.3 - (The green indicator 35 is on, the battery is
inserted in the charger) - the battery is fully charged.
• Fig. 7.4 - (The red indicator 34 is on, the battery is
inserted in the charger) - the charging process of the
battery is terminated due to inappropriate temperature.
When the temperature conditions are normal, the process
of charging will resume.
• Fig. 7.5 - (The red indicator 34 is blinking, the battery
is inserted in the charger) - the charging process of the
battery is terminated because of its failure. Replace the
faulty battery, its further use is prohibited.
In the process of charging the battery and the charger
become hot, it is a normal process.
8. TURNING ON THE MACHINE
Press the lock-off button 7, and squeeze the trigger in
the on/off switch 6 (Fig. 10). When the on/off switch is
released, the machine stops.

9. FITTING THE SAW BLADE

Remove the battery from the power
tool before carrying out work on the
power tool.
CAUTION: Do not use bent or cracked blades or HSS
saw blades. Do not use saw blades that do not conform
to the specifications contained in these instructions.
1. Move the retracting blade guard 17 (Fig. 3) backwards
and hold it in place.
2. To loosen or tighten the clamping bolt 15 with the key
supplied with the machine, secure the blade shaft with
the aid of the spindle lock button 8 (Fig. 3).
3. Loosen the clamping bolt 15 and remove the clam-
ping flange 16.
4. Fit the saw blade and tighten with the sclamping
flange 16 and the clamping bolt 15.
5. Before fitting the new blade, make sure the surfaces
in contact with the setting discs are clean. (The arrow
printed on the protective guard of the machine indicates
the cutting direction of the teeth).
10. SETTINGS
1. Cutting depth setting
For a clean perfect cut, the cutting depth should be
adjusted to the thickness of the wood to be worked on,
so that the saw blade protrudes a tooth's height from
the material. To adjust the cutting depth, loosen the
fixing lever 24 (Fig. 13) and move the machine upwards
or downwards. The scale printed on the parallel guide
indicates the cutting depth.
2. Cutting angle setting
It can cut vertically and with an inclination of up to
50º. The angle is adjusted by loosening the wing bolt
11 (Fig. 14) and according the scale printed on the base.
