In order for your pipe cleaner to operate correctly, it is essential that all the bearings
should be lubricated regularly.
For regular use, lubricate them every month.
For intensive use, lubricate the entire machine each week.
It is recommended that the chuck unit is cleaned and lubricated once a year, or more
often if the machine is in contact with sand or other abrasive materials.
Use maintenance oil for pipe cleaner (290400)

Cleaning and replacement of jaws

Remove the lid of the chuck by unscrewing the holding button.
Remove the cone's "stop" screw.
Slide all three jaws together and rotate the cone until a jaw begins to be accessible in
the opening of the cone.
Follow the same procedure to clean or replace each of the jaws.
When this is finished, put the screw back in position to avoid losing the jaws. Replace
the lid and screw in the holding button.
When the operation is finished, put the "stop" screw back in position to avoid losing
the jaws.
