▷ Depending on scanner, place the universal plate

with M-Die directly onto the Splitex retainer or
model plate.
The integrated magnet provides for sufficient
fixing of the universal plate.

▷ Scan the abutments in the "Intelligent Multi Die"
mode.
The scanned abutments are automatically
assigned to the correct position in the den-
tal arch when scanning in "Intelligent Multi
Die" mode.
▷ To remove the universal plate from the scanner:
Grasp the plate at the rear or by the side and lift
it off.

The All-In Bar is used for positioning of the single
elements of a quadrant model (triple-tray model)
for the scanning process. With the All-In Bar, sin-
gle abutments as well as upper and lower jaw seg-
ments are affixed to the universal plate. In this,
abutments are positioned higher on the All-In Bar
in order to prevent shadings during the scanning.
Up to three abutments can be placed on the All-In
Bar.
The All-In Bar can only be used in conjunc-
tion with the universal plate.
There is a gap between the All-In Bar and
the universal plate (see Fig. 30 on
page 25). This gap allows for placement of
the All-In Bar onto the universal plate with-
out having to firstly remove the modelling
wax remainders from the plate.
