Zeon Endeavour™ has a control pad conveniently located on the front of the battery pack. The
®
lighting control pad is easy to use – just touch the On/Off control pad with any part of your hand
to turn the system on and off, or to change the brightness of the headlight . There are three light
intensities, ranging from 2,000 to 4,000 foot-candles.
1 . To TURn On Zeon
the On/Off control pad for a minimum of 2 seconds .
2. To increase the brightness, quickly tap the on/off control
pad . With each tap, the brightness increases 1,000 foot
candles until the highest setting is reached . Then the light
returns to the lowest setting by tapping the pad again .
3 . To TURn OFF Zeon
the On/Off control pad for a minimum of 2 seconds
USIng / rEPLACIng ThE CUrIng fILTEr
The curing filter is for light-cured polymers. When applying those materials, unfiltered light from the
headlight can cause premature curing of the polymer . IF yOUR ZEOn
WITH THE CURInG FILTER InSTaLLED on the headlight, simply flip the curing filter down to
filter the light.
REMOvING THE CURING FILTER
Do noT PULL on orAngE CUrIng fILTEr ITSELf.
Carefully pull the black bezel ring located at the base of the
orange curing filter off the light.
INSTALLING THE CURING FILTER
Do noT PUSh orAngE CUrIng fILTEr ITSELf.
Carefully push the black bezel ring located at the base of the
orange curing filter onto the light. Make sure the orange curing
filter is located in such a way that when moved out of the way
of the light, it flips up (see pictures to the right).
