- After moving the cabinet, check leveling.
- Remove the wooden protections located on the cabinet top.
- Install the cabinet keeping a min. distance of 60 mm from any other surface.
- Before connecting the cabinet to the electric supply, make sure that all the data on the nameplate
corresponds to the characteristics of the electrical system to which it will be connected.
- In order for the cabinet to operate correctly, the temperature and the environmental relative humidity
must respect the parameters indicated in norm EN-ISO 23953 - 1/2 that provides a Climatic Class 3
(+25°C; R.H. 60%).
IMPORTANT! Install a maximum of 3 cabinets in line on the same power and refrigeration channel
(1 Master + 2 Slaves).
Note:
All these operation should be performed by specialized technical personnel only.

8. Electric connection (Fig. 8 - Fig. 9)

- The cabinet must be protected upstream by means of a thermomagnetic omnipolar automatic
switch, of suitable characteristics, which also works as main knife switch in the line.
- The operator must know the switch position in order for it to be readily accessible in case of
EMERGENCY.
- The electric system must be grounded.
- First of all, make sure that the power supply voltage is the same as that indicated on the nameplate.
- In order to guarantee regular operation, the maximum voltage variation must fall between +/-6% of
the nominal value.
- Make sure the supply line is wired with cables of adequate cross-section, and is protected against
current overload and grounded in conformity with the laws in effect.
- For power supply lines that are longer than 4 - 5 m, increase the cable section accordingly.
- In the event of a power failure, make sure that all the electric appliances in the shop can be re-
started without activating the over-current protections; if not, modify the system so as to differentiate
start-up of the various devices.
- The installer should provide the anchorage for all the cables entering and leaving the cabinet.
- The automatic magnetothermal switch must not open the circuit on neutral without also opening it
on the phases at the same time and, in any case, the opening distance of the contacts must be at
least 3 mm.
Note:
All these operation should be performed by specialized technical personnel only.

9. Temperature control (Fig. 4)

The control of refrigerating temperature is carried out using the mechanical thermometer located on
the air intake vent (Rif. 11) or using the electronic controller (OPTIONAL) Rif. 7.

10. Cabinet loading (Fig. 4)

A number of important rules should be followed in loading the cabinet:
- arrange the goods in a uniform, orderly manner to avoid overloading the shelves (160 kg/m
- arrange the merchandise so that it does not obstruct the flow of chilled air (Fig. 5 Rif. 13);
- the arrangement of the goods, without empty spaces, assures the best operation of the cabinet;
- leave approx 30 mm space between the items and the shelf immediately above (Rif. 10);
- we recommend that the first loaded items are consumed first and only then the last loaded ones
(item turnover);
- The max. load allowed on the shelves and in the tray is approx. 160 kg/m
- The shelves can be inclined in 2 positions 0°; -10°(Rif. 11).
Note:
On request we can add a third tilt at -20°.
IMPORTANT! Do not load the cabinet top with boxes, packages or other objects (Rif. 8).
