10 What to do when getting an error
during the cycle operation
The autoclave control system can identify an incorrect cycle operation.
In case the cycle interrupts, for instance, due to power supply, lack of water,
etc... one must consider that the load has not been sterilised and
sterilisation must be repeated again.
As general rule: switch off the autoclave, using the main switch, wait for
some seconds and the switch on again.
If the door is blocked, wait about 20 minutes for the vessel temperature to
fall.
You can accelerate the process by opening the depressurization manual
valve. (Please, close the valve before switching it on again).
Error Description
01 Defective EEPROM error.
02 Pressure sensor error.
Defective sensor or cut / disconnected cable.
10 Water tank empty.
12 Door open.
13 Overpressure. The maximum admissible pressure of +2.5bar has been
exceeded.
14 Vacuum error. There's a vacuum leak or the pump is damaged.
15 Pressure error during fractions. There's no water or the resistance is
defective.
16 Tank overtemperature. The internal temperature has exceeded the
150ºC.
17 External overtemperature. The external temperature has exceeded the
150ºC.
18 Sterilisation error. The margin error has been exceeded or there's still air in
the inside.
19 Value not reached. There's no water omsode or the resistence is defective.
20 It takes too long to empty the pressure and the water in the tank. Valves
or pipes blocked.
21 There's no paper in the printer.
22 Printer error. Possible paper jam.
23 Power failure error (detected when switching on).
26 Vacuum test error.
