Error Codes
The MiniOX
3000 Oxygen Monitor performs diagnostic
®
tests to detect errors that could cause unreliable
monitor operation. These tests are performed:
•
when a battery is installed (power-up)
•
when the monitor is turned ON
•
during routine monitoring
During self-test or any time the monitor detects an
operational error, the MiniOX
•
ceases operation
•
display "ERR" and an error code
•
activates visual and audible alarms
Error alarms continue until:

1. The monitor is shut off (press l/0)
2. The monitor is reset and error does not reoccur
(press set)
3. The battery is disconnected
If an error reoccurs, the monitor is inoperative and must
not be used; call Ohio Medical Corporation Repair at:
1-847-855-0800
The error code that appears on the display corresponds
to a specific failure. The audible alarm is a beep that
corresponds to this code (e.g., "ERR 3" triggers a
three-beep alarm).
