Troubleshooting
Cause
1. Heating element is a resistive
strip and will not glow red to
produce heat.
1. No power to heater.
2. Heater is not on a solid surface.
3. Desired room temperature
reached.

Solution
1. Heater is operating correctly.
1. Check power connections /
connect heater to power supply.
Main power indicator light
should be on.
2. Heater is equipped with a tip-
over switch on the bottom of the
heater. Make sure the heater is
on a solid surface.
3. Thermostat will shut off once
desired room temperature is
reached. Heater is operating
correctly.
