No pulses are released when you press the trigger button
• Make sure that the application surface of Homelight® is fully in
contact with the skin and the READY LED indicator is flashing.
• Make sure that the READY LED indicator is on.
> If the READY LED indicator is still off after 10 seconds,
switch Homelight® off and on again by pressing the ON/
OFF button twice.
> If the problem persists, contact BaByliss Customer Services
for your region.
• Make sure that the ON/OFF button is on.
> If the ON/OFF button is on, switch the appliance off and on
again using the ON/OFF button
> If the problem persists, contact BaByliss Customer Services
for your region.
• The ON/OFF button is glowing red and flashing
> Switch the appliance off. Homelight® goes into safety
mode because it has detected overheating or a critical
problem (broken fan, problem with the capacitor, etc.). Let
Homelight® cool down for 15 minutes before turning it on
again.
> If the problem persists, contact BaByliss Customer Services
for your region.
• The ON/OFF button flashes alternately red and green.
> The adapter used to connect your Homelight® device to
the power socket is not the one supplied or it is broken.
> If the problem persists, contact BaByliss Customer Services
for your region.
• The ON/OFF button is glowing orange.
> The appliance is now at the end of its service life.
