The person responsible for the replacement
makes an entry about the replacement of the
components on the inspection record sheet
appended to pulleySAVER and confirms this
entry by adding the date and his/her signa-
ture.
ASSEMBLY
Before following the subsequent assem-
bly instructions, please think twice about
whether you are really sure that you have the
necessary knowledge, skills, and expe-
rience. If you don't, be sure to consult a
competent person or the manufacturer of the
PPE.
Attention!
Before replacing the component on your pul-
leySAVER, be sure to check whether the other
components are fit for reuse. To assess the
condition, please observe the Manufacturer's

Information for pulleySAVER or contact a
competent person.
We recommend that you use a new pulleySA-
VER, if it were necessary to substitute several
of the components.
Assembly of Sirius Loop 10mm P-S / P-L
and OD Loop 7mm T (pic. 1-3/page 4)
When making the wraps, be sure that the ro-
pes do not cross one another. The ropes must
be arranged parallel to one another. Check at
the friction hitch that it provides the necessa-
ry clamping action.
Important! Mount the Sirius Loop 10mm P-S
and P-L close to the soft eye. Mount the OD
Loop 7mm T close to the stopper.

in its ready-to-use state is supposed to
