This screen allows user to view current Pick List, Current
Run List (the actual list of stock fills which are sent to
the saw to be cut, and in this exact order), and a new
feature, the Graphical View (Figure 54).
This is a graphical representation of all of the stock fills
for an entire job. The NEXT button can be used to see
the following set of stock fills.

3.12 Auto Infeed System

If the ALS is equipped with the optional Auto Infeed
System, the panel panel in Figure 55 will allow control
over the system.
This panel can be accessed from the home screen and in
all modes of operation.

The following describes the function of each button:
1.
LIVEDECK FWD – Starts live deck moving to saw
2.
LIVEDECK STOP – Stops live deck movement
INFEED ROLL CLAMP DOWN – Lowers infeed roll
3.

INFEED ROLL CLAMP UP – Raises infeed roll clamp
4.

CLAMP ARM IN – Pulls clamp arm in

CLAMP ARM OUT – Extends clamp arm

BOARD CLAMP OPEN – Opens clamp jaws
BOARD CLAMP CLOSE –Closes clamp jaws

LOAD LUMBER FROM LIVEDECK – Perform

complete lumber load sequence
10. EJECT LUMBER – Eject any lumber inside of saw
11. STOP ALL – Stop all lumber loading operations
12. Exit – Leave this dialog

3.13 INI Files

AEPsaw.ini is a file that contains parameters that affect
the operation of the ALS 4.0.

Do NOT change these parameters without specific instructions
from an Alpine Equipment Customer Service.
AlpineLE.ini is a file that contains motion control
parameters; these should only be changed by Alpine
Equipment Customer Service.
!
Changes to settings in this file can damage the machine and will
void the warranty.
