1.3 ALUMINIUM RAIL EXTREMITY (FA 20 703 01)
The aluminium rail extremity has a spring-loaded retractable termination that prevents the slide from accidentally slipping off the rail, and an L clamp that
prevents the slide from being inserted in the wrong direction.

Installation
Aluminium rail extremity FA 20 703 01 -
• The bottom edge of the lower rail must be placed about 15 cm from the ground (Fig. 3), in such a way as to
facilitate insertion of the trolley (FA 20 700 00).
• Affix the rail to the ladder with the Rung clamp (FA 20 705 00). See § 1.5.
• The first fastener on the ladder rung must be about 30 cm from the bottom of the lower rail.
• Then, maintain a spacing of about 150 cm between each fastening accessory.
Measurements are given as a guide and depend on the ladder on which the KS8000 is being installed.
Tightening torque: max.42 N/m
