SADLER CHAIR FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

Connect key switch loom (4309137) into top channel (Fig 1). Refer to connection
drawing 2609375. Then route loom up through top channel cut out, dependant on
hand.

Locate top channel onto carriage.
3.
Secure top channel to carriage using 2 off M8 x 20 csk skt hd screws. Tighten to a
torque of 20Nm & 1 off M5 torx screw to the rear (Fig 2).

Feed loom through Top channel cover and lay onto top channel (Fig 3).

Select correct sized seat stem as specified. Fit finger guard plate to underside of stem
bottom and secure with 2 off M4 x 10 torx screws (Fig 4).
6.
Remove backing from foam finger guard and stick onto plate (Fig 5).
7.
Place stem onto top channel, feed loom through stem base and secure using 4 off M6
x 14 skt cap hd screws and 4 off M6 washers. Tighten to a torque of 16Nm. (Fig 6)
