4. Check the throttle cable free play
• Check the throttle cable free play at the tip of the cable by pulling and releasing
the throttle lever a few times. It should be 0.5 – 2.5 mm (0.02 – 0.10 in.) at the tip
of the throttle cable.
FIXING NUT
• Check the throttle lever operates smoothly and always spring back to the idle
position.
5. Check the rear handle (HHH25D)
• Check the rear handle turns smoothly with the rotation lever squeezed.
• Check the rotation lever locks at the center, left, and right positions with the
lever released.
