The thermal insulation of the appliance and the fat
residuals cause smoke. When the appliance is used for the
first time, we recommend heating it for about 30 minutes
at the maximum temperature.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
The appliance is switched on by rotating the power
regulator knob clockwise. The appliance is switched off
when the coloured mark on the knob corresponds to
position 0. By rotating the knob, it is possible to regulate
at a minimum, corresponding to the smallest part of the
mark, or at a maximum, corresponding to the largest part
of the mark (in this position, the operation is continuous).
A luminous light signals that the resistance is working.
During normal operations, the resistance will switch on
and off discontinuously.
Do not use the appliance in continuous mode (at the
maximum power) for more than 20-30 minutes.
Do not use the appliance without the basin.

The stainless steel parts must be cleaned with suitable
and non abrasive products that can easily be found on the
market. Never use substances containing chlorine (such as
bleach, etc.);
The painted parts and the chromium-plated parts must
be cleaned with a cloth wet with soap and water or a
liquid non-corrosive cleanser and water. Never use a metal
sponge or cleansers containing abrasive substances
