13 TROUBLE SHOOTING GUIDE

PROBLEM
There is no voltage in the machine,
the lamp for the power status indica-
tor does not turn on.
The power status pilot light is on but
the machine does not work.
Pressing START triggers an alarm on
the inverter.
The machine stops frequently.
Excessive dust during crushing.
Excess of mud inside the hopper.
Slow crushing

POSSIBLE CAUSE
Lack of voltage in the power supply
box.
Bad connection to the power network
Disconnection of the machine circuit
breaker or switchboard.
Electrical conductor cable in poor
condition.
The machine is not connected pro-
perly.
Blocked emergency stop.
Insuficient section of the conducting
wires in the hose.
The machine is not directly connec-
ted to an electrical panel.
The crushing chamber is jammed.
Circuit breaker electrical panel not
suitable.
Inadequate electric hose.
Excessive rubble feed.
Lack of irrigation on the rubble.
Excess irrigation on the rubble.
Wear of the hammers
SOLUTION
Check the electrical switchboard
of the jobsite to check that there is
power supply.
Check the electrical switchboard of
the jobsite and its connections.
Reset the circuit breaker.
Check the cable conditions and their
connections.
Check that the machine is connected
to all its phases. Check the circuit
breaker of the electrical panel of the
machine.
Unlock emergency stops.
Use suitable electrical hoses as des-
cribed in this manual.
Connect the machine directly to a
40A electrical switchboard.
Remove from the crushing chamber
the remains of sand blocking the
motor rotation.
Install a 40 A breaker.
Use electrical hoses as explained in
this manual.
Feed the machine with less quantity
and more slowly.
Moisten the rubble before crushing.
Reduce the rubble dampening.
Change the hammers to have a shar-
pen edge hitting the rubble or replace
the hammers.
