9.1 SIEVES CHANGE

1. Disconnect the machine from the power main.
2. Remove the bolt and lock it by rotating it to loosen up
the botton hatch.
3. Loosen the screw that secures the hopper to the bot-
tom hatch.
4. Gently tilt the Hopper backwards.
5. Push down the lower box to release it.
6. Remove the sieve.
7. Clean the guides and housings before inserting the
new sieve.
8. Place the sieve into the guides.

9. Unlock the bolt from its open position to have the hatch
locked again in its original position.
10. Pull the bottom hatch upwards to lock the new sieve.
If you cannot close the door, clean the sieve support
areas again.
11. Before closing the hopper, make sure that there is no
rubble inside the grinding chamber, and that the ham-
mer drum rotates freely when manually turned.
12. Tighten the nut till the distance between hopper and
bottom hatch does not exceed of 1 mm.
