When installing, proceed as follows:
– Inspect the GSV visually.
– Remove the screw plug (13).
– Clean the sealing surfaces.
– Screw the GSV with the seal ring (12)
directly onto the pipe, or the adapter.
– When tightening the GSV on the connection,
the spanner must only be placed on the
hexagon provided (11).
– The GSV must be installed so that, in the
event of vibrations during operation or any
break in the pipes, it is held securely.
Procedure for installing the GMP
NOTICE
Torque for the GMP = 20 Nm
The GMP may only be installed using a hook
and pin wrench DIN 1810B, inserted into the
boreholes provided.
Do not use pliers or similar tools on the main
body (5) as there is a risk of damage.
DANGER
When removing installed parts, be prepared
for them to be expelled at great speed.
Danger of fatal injury.
When installing, proceed as follows:
– Inspect the GMP visually.
– Remove the screw plug (13).
– Clean the sealing surfaces.
– Screw the GMP with the seal ring (12)
directly onto the pipe, or the adapter.
– When tightening the GMP on the connection,
the wrench must only be inserted in the
boreholes provided.
– The GMP must be installed so that, in the
event of vibrations during operation or any
break in the pipes, it is held securely.
3.6 Permitted media
HYDAC safety equipment must only be used
on accumulators operated with nitrogen. The
nitrogen must correspond to at least Class 4.0.
3.7 Permitted operating
temperatures
The permitted operating temperature is
indicated in the stamped marking and the
declaration of conformity.
3.8 Permitted operating pressure
The permitted operating pressure is indicated
in the stamped marking and the declaration of
conformity.
3.9 Pressure setting
The setting pressure of the GSV is indicated
in the stamped marking and the Declaration of
Conformity.
