2. SAFETY AND PREVENTION

It is important to read this manual carefully: doing so will minimise the risks associated
with incautious or improper use of the machine described in this manual.
The user must provide the operator with training on the risks associated with use of the
machine, safety devices and the general accident prevention regulations in force in the
country of use.

2.1. Safety signs (pictograms)

Dangerous situations associated with use of the machine are illustrated by way of the
symbol shown below:
The same symbol is used on the machine itself to highlight potential residual risks that,
despite the adoption of all possible safety standards during the making of the machine,
still exist under certain working conditions.
NOTE: On-machine signs must be kept clean at all times; they must be clearly legible
so that users can identify situations of risk during use as quickly as possible.
2.2. General safety regulations
The user shall:

let the machine be used only by qualified personnel trained to use it,
-
take all necessary precautions needed to ensure that unauthorised persons do not
have access to the machine,
-
provide personnel with proper information regarding the application and observation
of safety precautions,
-
provide instructions for use of the machine and the safety measures to be taken
when it is used.
