TUBUS 1 provides a setup mode, which enables access to date such as the adjustment values,
etc. The setup mode is activated as described in the following explanation
IMPORTANT: incorrect entries in this area can result in malfunctions of the
unit and incorrect measurements!

TUBUS 1 Pipe Laser Operating Instructions
Problem:
The levelling range has
been exceeded, the
unit cannot level itself.
Remedy:
Change the slanted
position of the unit in
the direction of the
arrow until the display
disappears and the
self-levelling starts
again.
The hours run meter
has reached the preset
number of hours; it is
advisable to check the
laser.
Problem:
Data error: the unit
automatically switches
Off.
Remedy:
Switch the unit Off and
then back On again, if
necessary, check
calibration.
If the message recurs,
inform the service
station.
o Switch the laser Off and back On again
o As soon as the battery condition display appears,
simultaneously press the two buttons OK AND +%
AND keep pressed until the SETUP menu appears
