Preparation for Measurement

The laser is switched On by pressing the ON/OFF button. The following displays appear
consecutively:
NEDO
SERIAL#
Txxxxx
Serial number of the unit
The laser's LCD display indicates possible problems which result while the unit is
being set up,
Setting gradients
There are two methods for setting the gradient:

Directly select the respective digit in the display and enter the required value.
The gradient can be reset to 0.000% by simultaneously pressing the
+/- buttons!
Transverse adjustment of the laser beam
The laser beam of the TUBUS 1 can be aligned within a range of +/- 10° transversely to the unit's
longitudinal axis.
The two arrow buttons can be used
to swing the beam to the side
