Ingredients:

150 g flour

2 eggs

10 g yeast

20 cl milk

a pinch of salt

Preparation:
Mix the milk at room temperature with the yeast. Leave to rest.
In a mixing bowl, make a well in the flour and add the salt in the middle, followed by
the yeast and the egg yolks.
Mix thoroughly while gradually adding the milk.
Leave to rest for 4 h.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff and carefully incorporate into the mixture.
Add butter to the "small pancake" cooking plate and wait for it to melt. Using the
small ladle provided, pour the mixture onto the cooking plate and cook the blinis on
both sides.

Once finishing cooking, disconnect the power supply cord.

water and washing-up liquid. If the plates are washed in the dishwasher, we

Clean the appliance with a slightly damp cloth. Never immerse the appliance in

water or any other liquid to prevent the risk of electric shock.
