Before cleaning the cooking plates, check that the appliance is disconnected
from the power supply.
On first use, a small amount of smoke may be released from the appliance. This is
completely harmless and will disappear after several uses.
Tip: To prevent this from happening, allow the appliance to preheat for 15
minutes before using it to cook food and air the room.

3) USING YOUR APPLIANCE

a) Connecting the 2 appliances together

The appliance is equipped with an electric socket and can be used by itself. In this
case, it serves 2 people.
For the 4-person configuration, we recommend connecting the 2 appliances together
using the red cord provided (view from below):
