spray gun. Maintenance and repair work may only be
carried out by trained skilled workers.
■ Always interrupt the compressed air supply to the compressed air con-
nection [1-9] before performing any maintenance and repair work.
Spare parts are available for carrying out repairs (see chapter 15).
9.1. Replace trigger guard
Remove trigger guard
■ Loosen counter nut of adjusting screw [1-4].
■ Screw adjusting screw with counter nut out of gun body.
■ Remove spring and paint needle.
■ Carefully remove circlips.
■ Pull both bolts out.
■ Remove trigger guard.
Mount trigger guard
■ Insert trigger guard.
■ Insert guard bolt.
■ Insert circlips.
■ Insert paint needle and spring.
■ Screw adjusting screw [1-4] with counter nut into gun body.
9.2. Replace nozzle set
Attention!
Damage from incorrect installation
The fluid tip and paint needle can be damaged if assembled in the
wrong order.
→ Always comply with the assembly sequence. Never screw the fluid tip
against an energised paint needle.
The nozzle set consists of a tested combination of air cap, fluid tip and
paint needle. Always replace the complete nozzle set.
Dismantle the nozzle set
■ Loosen counter nut of adjusting screw [1-4].
■ Screw adjusting screw with counter nut out of gun body.
■ Remove spring and paint needle.
■ Unscrew air cap [1-13].
■ Screw fluid tip out of gun body using universal spanner.
Mount the nozzle set
■ Screw fluid tip into gun body using universal spanner and tighten with a
