Before turning it on and starting the engine, make sure that the belt tensioner lever (1) is in position 1, as shown in

After starting the engine and achieving maximum speed, tighten the straps by moving the tensioner lever (1) to
position 2 to release the lock (2) as shown in Figure 7.
