Varionaut 150 24V/DMX/02 is a pump controlled via the DMX/RDM bus.
• Water-tight plug-in cabling of the DMX/RDM bus via the DMX box. This makes it easier to connect the DMX controller
and other DMX-compatible consumers.
• A DMX controller or DMX/RDM controller from OASE is used for controlling the unit.
– The DMX controller is not included in the scope of delivery. The application and extent of the system determine
the requirements for the DMX controller.
Intended use
Varionaut 150 24V/DMX/02, referred to as "unit", may only be used as specified in the following:
• For use in fountain systems.
• Operate in accordance with instructions. (→ Technical data)
• Operation under observance of the permissible water quality. (→ Water quality)
The following restrictions apply to the unit:
• Do not use in swimming ponds.
• Never use the unit to convey fluids other than water.
• Never run the unit without water.
• Do not use in conjunction with chemicals, foodstuff, easily flammable or explosive substances.
• Do not connect to the domestic water supply.

• Only use electrical units or installations with a rated voltage of U

Submerged installation of the pump
• Do not suspend the pump from the suction socket or pressure socket.
– The pump housing may be damaged.
• Only operate the pump with the filter basket fitted.
How to proceed:

1. Place the pump with stand in a horizontal position on a suitable base and bolt down.
– Ensure that the pump is fully submerged in the water.
2. Screw the reducing socket onto the pump outlet.
3. Screw the nozzle (e.g. Komet 10-14 T) onto the reducing socket.
